RECOMMEND A SCIENTIST FOR US TO INTERVIEW/FEATURE ON OUR PODCAST

PRESENTING
HER ROYAL SCIENCE

“Always remember, you have within you the strength, the patience, and the passion to reach for the stars to change the world."

- Harriet Tubman

Her Royal Science is a new podcast (launched in June 2019) created to feature minorities in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) from around the world. Pioneered by a PhD candidate and spoken word artist from the University of British Columbia, Her Royal Science (@her_science) is a platform through which ethnic and social minorities can uninhibitedly discuss their roles and experiences in STEM. Her Royal Science will celebrate minorities in STEM on a public forum for one reason in particular: inspiration is often a result of bearing witness to what is possible, for an entire generation of children wanted to become astronauts only after we made it to the moon. When we see individuals achieve the goals we once thought were unattainable, we are less hesitant to dream bigger and loftier. Tune in for inspirational interviews with women, people of colour, LGBT+, and differently-abled, and accessibility challenged imdividuals in STEM,

royalty in their own right.
